1. Intermediary Status

• VimanPravas operates as an online travel aggregator (OTA) and intermediary. We are not an airline, carrier, or direct provider of transportation services.
• We facilitate the booking of travel services offered by third-party airlines and service providers. The contract for travel is between you and the respective airline/service provider.
• VimanPravas shall not be held responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of the actual travel services provided by airlines or other third-party providers.

2. Fare & Availability Information

• Flight fares, schedules, seat availability, and other travel information displayed on the Platform are sourced in real-time from third-party technology partners and global distribution systems (GDS).
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information displayed is complete, current, or error-free at all times. Fares and availability are dynamic and may change between the time of search and the time of payment.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in a significantly incorrect fare display (e.g., a fare substantially below the market rate), VimanPravas reserves the right to cancel the booking and process a full refund.
• VimanPravas does not control airline pricing and is not responsible for fare fluctuations, promotional offers withdrawn by airlines, or inventory-based pricing changes.

3. No Guarantee of Lowest Fares

• While VimanPravas endeavours to display competitive fares across a wide range of airlines, we do not guarantee that the fares displayed are the lowest available in the market at any given time.
• Fares may vary across booking platforms, airline websites, and travel agents due to dynamic pricing, promotional offers, and fare class availability.
• Our AI-powered fare comparison tools provide recommendations based on available data at the time of search and should not be construed as financial or travel advice.

4. Airline Operations & Schedule Changes

• VimanPravas has no control over airline operations including but not limited to: flight delays, cancellations, diversions, schedule changes, overbooking, aircraft substitution, terminal changes, or route modifications.
• Airlines may change schedules without prior notice to VimanPravas. While we make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes to passengers, we cannot guarantee timely notification in all cases.
• VimanPravas is not liable for any consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from airline operational disruptions.

5. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

• VimanPravas does not provide visa advisory services, immigration guidance, or guarantee entry into any country.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure you possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, vaccination records, transit permits, and any other documents required by the destination or transit countries.
• Any information regarding visa requirements, passport validity, or travel advisories provided on the Platform or by our support team is for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as legal or immigration advice.
• VimanPravas shall not be liable for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or any consequence arising from inadequate or invalid travel documents.

6. Health & Safety

• VimanPravas does not provide medical or health advice. It is your responsibility to assess your fitness to travel and comply with any health requirements (vaccination, testing, health declarations) mandated by airlines, airports, or destination countries.
• Travellers with medical conditions, pregnant women, and persons with reduced mobility should consult their healthcare provider and the airline's medical clearance policies before booking.
• VimanPravas is not responsible for any health-related incidents during travel.

7. AI Chatbot ("Vimaan") Disclaimer

• VimanPravas offers an AI-powered travel assistant chatbot ("Vimaan") to help users search for flights, compare fares, and find optimal travel dates.
• Responses generated by Vimaan are based on real-time fare data and programmed algorithms. They are intended as helpful suggestions and should not be construed as professional travel advice, financial advice, or guaranteed fare quotes.
• Fares and availability suggested by Vimaan are subject to change and may differ from actual fares at the time of booking.
• VimanPravas is not liable for any booking decisions made based solely on Vimaan's suggestions.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. These links are provided for your convenience only.
• VimanPravas does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

9. Technology & Uptime

• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smile Holidays, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, breach of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
